JANUARY IS STUFF I LIKE MONTH
Jan. 5th, 2010 08:40 pmBack to school's looking like it might actually be pretty okay this month. I've got a character at C&C now who does not hate humanity. And I had a very good holiday. (I hope you all did too! Sorry I've been a little incommunicado! I got stolen by IRL stuff way more than I anticipated!).
As a result, I am in a good mood and suddenly feel like sharing things I like. So I'm going to make an effort to throw random, miscellaneous recommendations of stuff at you for a month.
FIRST REC: This mash-up song and accompanying vid is how I rang in the new year, pretty much. Listening to it about a billion times. It's a mash-up of the Billboard Top 25 songs of 2009 and kind of amazing. And I say that as someone who disliked 22 out of those 25 songs when they were on their own. Also it's hard for me not to want to dance to, which is 85% of what I look for in music most of the time.
