Jul. 5th, 2007 01:00 pmThere's a lot of construction going on in my building right now. They seem to be doing summer rewiring, so I've had people walking back and forth in front of my office, ripping down ceiling tiles and drilling holes, all day.
They've set up base camp down the hall a little ways, just past the department's main office, so there's now upwards of 50 large boxes filled with blue cables scattered in a hallway that is not too wide to begin with.
Add to that ladders, dudes hanging out, the large cart of power tools, and all the exposed wires hanging down from the ceiling, and you have a hallway which is pretty much impossible to walk through.
And on the other side of this mess? Is the only women's washroom within three floors. ORZ.
